Before and After Breast Augmentation Revision

I am 26 and I had my breasts enlarged at 22, as I was very flat chested. As I gained a little weight my breasts no longer looked great as implants felt more like pecs that didn’t move on my chest and my natural grew on top. I was very unhappy with them for years and lost all confidence when taking my bra off. And now I am so happy with the results and has changed my life completely. From how my clothes and bras fit and no longer feel like my breasts don’t belong to me .

Breast revision- I had BA done many years ago and ended up with serious capsular contracture in my right breast. I researched for about 3 years for a surgeon to do my revision until I picked Dr Cotrufo (I had other consultations with top breast surgeons also, including Harley street Drs and Mya). I read many good reviews about Dr Cotrufo and what stood out to me the most was his close attention to detail and excellence in precision work. So I decided to get a consultation with him. He saw me 3 times before I was ready to go under the knife again. This was really important to me and helped me trust him; I didn’t feel rushed in any way or pushed to go ahead quickly which displayed that he’s a caring Doctor and not just after the money! He really took his time to understand what my concerns were and what I wanted. He let me know what was realistically achievable and gave me great advice. He also took his time to explain everything to me clearly with pictures and slide shows and answered all my questions. Would like to add that he really didn’t like me and my mum talking in our language amongst each other :S Anyway, I trusted Dr Cotrufo as I really appreciated the time he gave to me and his professionalism. I am now 2 weeks’ post op and so far, my breasts look and feel amazing. They’re symmetrical and close together. They are much softer than when I first had them done. They felt softer than my capsulated breast before surgery, literally as soon as I woke up from surgery! I was so shocked and happy! They are getting softer by the day. I got anatomical implants, moderate profile. I was two hearted about getting anatomical ones as I had round high profile ones before; However, I am so glad that I listened to him and got the tear drops, They look so good and natural. My whole experience was great, I could contact him directly even before the surgery, his patient coordinator Wiesje was so so helpful and nice too. My care in the hospital was great the nurses were always there whenever you needed them to be and cared greatly. I was hardly in any pain. Dr Cotrufo visited me before and after surgery and gave me a lot of reassurance. He even called me the day after I got home just to check on how I was. I saw him regularly after surgery which was great too. I will follow up on this review, but if you’re looking into getting your breasts done Dr Cotrufo is definitely the one! Thanks Dr!

Amazing experience! Breast Implant Renewal, Vaser Neck Lift and a Brazilian Butt Lift, all thanks to Dr Cortufo. I first had the pleasure of meeting Dr Cortufo in 2016 when he changed over my breast implants which I had done 8 years before in Italy. The results were fantastic and realistic. I am an ex model and very slim, also a fitness fanatic but the curves I never obtained and the little amount of fat I had, was in the wrong places. I was told by other surgeons I was too slim to have good results from a BBL but after my consultation with Dr Cortufo he promised me that I would not recognise my body after. So I travelled to London, and I had vaser neck lift and a bbl 3 weeks ago which I am delighted with. Not only is Dr Cortufo an amazing surgeon he is also very caring, patient and focused on what you dream your body to become. Dr Cortufo’s aftercare has also been exceptional. I have recently had my third breast augmentation, and I saw Dr Cotrufo at the Fulham Transform clinic. My experience with previous surgeons left me feeling extremely nervous about having another procedure. I always found in the past that they did not really take the time to understand my needs, or to find out what my long term goal was. I felt they always just wanted the easiest operation and quickest timescale. My last procedure was approximately five years ago, at the time I was happy with the outcome as I needed the reduction desperately. However as time went on I found myself more and more self-conscience. My aim was to be a DD at the largest, however I came out at GG! Therefore this is the reason I started to consider the option of one last procedure. After months of thinking about it I booked an appointment through Transform and saw Dr Cotrufo. My first appointment was fantastic, we discussed my previous experience and what my concerns were. Dr Cotrufo took the time to listen to what I wanted and discuss possible options. The best part about the appointment was that Dr Cotrufo asked me to go away and really think about what I wanted, as he didn’t feel I was 100% sure of what outcome I wanted. I then went back for a second appointment to discuss in more detail what I wanted, again Dr Cotrufo took the time to listen to me. He then went through all the options and possible outcomes, he also expressed his concern that the procedure might not give me the results I wanted to achieve. So again he sent me away, but this time was for him to spend some time on my procedure and see what would be achievable. After a short while I then had another appointment and we all agreed we will go ahead and carry out the procedure! On the day of the operation the hospital care was amazing, I was made to feel so comfortable and at ease. Dr Cotrufo was again a pleasure, he explained exactly what he would be doing in the operation, and talked me through the aftercare and timescale of recovery. I am now 9 weeks post the procedure, and I am absolutely delighted with the outcome! i feel so happy that I carried out the procedure and I don’t think I would have done so had it not been for Dr Cotrufo. The time he took over the procedure was so reassuring and put me at ease the whole time. If anyone is in the situation I was I would advise you book an appointment with Dr Cotrufo! My first visit I was very unsure and nervous Dr Cotrufo was very pleasant took the time in talking me through the procedure .The day of my surgery from the minute of arrival was just beautiful, the location the staff & most of all Dr Cotrufo, who on the day check with me before to make sure I was comfortable & also several times again after my procedure, my result is amazing, so much so I am now getting ready to go though with my second make over.
