I can’t recommend Dr. Stefano Cotrufo enough! After dealing with severe fibrosis from a previous liposuction and hernia mesh repair, I was turned away by several surgeons who deemed my case too complex. Dr. Cotrufo initially hesitated but ultimately accepted the challenge, combining courage, compassion, and professionalism. He carefully reviewed my MRI and ultrasound, explaining the risks involved, and ensured I fully understood the procedure. We opted for revision VASER 360 and fat grafts, supported by lifestyle adjustments he recommended for optimal recovery. My surgery at Harley Street Clinic was delayed and complex, lasting 5 hours, yet Dr. Cotrufo stayed late to monitor my recovery personally – this was something I learned from the nurse Ivan and I felt quite special. Now, over six weeks post-op, I’m thrilled with the results. I had a few seromas post-op, but Dr. Cotrufo performed aspirations and steroid injections, resolving the issue. His continued care has been invaluable. Dr. Cotrufo’s dedication is unmatched, and I highly recommend him to anyone facing a complex surgery. Thanks to him and his wonderful team—Elsa, Wiesje, and Allison—for their exceptional support and care.

An amazing result! Dr Cotrufo is definitely the right doctor if you want someone who can tailor an outcome to your body and really cares about the details. He went through what was possible and has exceeded all expectations! I was very nervous to have my procedure, but his lovely manner really put my mind at ease. His assistants are also lovely and always available when i had questions during my aftercare. I can’t recommend him and his team highly enough.

Dr. Cotrufo is very attentive, explains every detail before and during the procedure, with great attention. The procedure had an immediate result, but days later it got even better, exceeded my expectations and helped a lot in my self-esteem. It was my first aesthetic procedure and I trusted him with my eyes closed.

I did quite alot of research online to find a surgeon who could perform bbl to correct my hip dips. I had a very unappealing bottom, with excessive fat on my upper body. I am quite muscular on my upper body and have very tight skin so it was impossible to exercise to achieve what I wanted. The exercises for hip dips made the indentation worse. One surgeon said I would loss all the transferred fat due to my skin tightness and minimal body fat for transfer. Another surgeon said to my face why would I want to change my body as I had the dream body everyone wants. Like, really?? Anyway surgery seem like the only option. I came across Dr Cotufo’s page and viewed his instagram pics and videos. The reviews and pictures look amazing!! He achieved amazing body transformation with very little body fat. I basically just needed to fill my hip dip for a more rounded bottom. The journey from initial contact to post surgery consultation has been amazing. Dr Cotrufo is very knowledgeable about his work and takes pride in what he does. He respected the decision of what I wanted done and also provided valuable information on alternatives – which he then gave me time to reflect on the best option. In the end I had vaser lipo to my arms, upper and lower back and flanks with fat transfer to hip. I have nothing but praise for Dr Cotrufo. He made me feel so relaxed pre surgery. I was in zero pain all day immediately post op. Discomfort , swelling etc was only experienced the day after. I was sent home the same day with antibiotics and pain medication. Seeking advise was only a whatsapp message away. I am still swollen and slightly bruised as it has been only 1 week but results look amazing already. I look foward to seeing the end result in a few months. I would highly recommend him.

Amazing !! I have had services with Doctor Cotrfuo- breast augmentation , lip enhancement and minimal Botox injection … and he always keeps me looking who I am but just “ better” as I am all for the natural look while enhancing what I have in a very subtle natural way.

Very pleased with the result and after care

I recently had a Bbl and buttocks implants done by Dr Cotrufo. I’m so impressed with the results and Dr Cotrufo’s team, the Dr Cotrufo himself and his assistant, Wiesje especially. They made me feel very comfortable. The whole experience was exceptional.
Due to my personal physiology, I suffered some excessive swelling especially in my legs, but Dr Cotrufo’s team has been communicating with me everyday, even on Sundays. The Doctor answered my texts straight away and checked on me regularly giving clear instructions and reassurances.
After care for Bbl surgery is extremely important and it felt working with a partner through the difficult first 2 weeks of the process.
I followed Dr Cotrufo’s advice precisely and step by step, as he was making sure I get the best results. This required a lot of post op appointments despite him been very busy. He always made sure to accommodate me in his schedule which made my experience a lot easier.
He is not only an excellent experienced doctor but his team are caring and a helpful guide for the patient every step of the way

I would definitely recommend Dr Cotrufo for open Rhinoplasty surgery which I had for a dorsal hump on the 11th of July. The results were excellent and natural and the whole process from consultation, getting in touch with his team to after surgery care were very smooth and quick and after one month I am recovering well and very pleased with the results. Dr cotrufo the best surgeon I have ever met very professional and definitely knows what he’s talking about.. went for a consultation treated me with respect and kindness.. after the consultation I spoke to personal assistant wiesje who was fantastic so helpful with my needs , friendly and professional we keep in touch as my surgery coming up in 3 months.. I don’t know what I’m having yet I was going to have lipo but I’ve lost so much weight I don’t think there’s any fat there to take out any more so I might have cheek implants

I met Dr Cotrufo in November for consultation as I wanted to have Bbl procedure done , as I have quite a few ongoing health issues Dr Cotrufo suggested to have the surgery in two stages and also I was a heavy smoker and he advised me unless I give up smoking he would not proceed with the surgery and also I have heart condition. He is the only Dr who took upon my case which I’m very grateful for I’m very happy to have met him and who encouraged me to give up smoking.

He understood exactly what I wanted,
I have had one procedure done in December 2019 and will have the next procedure done in few months time as I need time to heal

Best decision I made is when I cancel flying to Spain for my BBL procedure and choose to stay here in London. From first consultation, I feel confident and knew I can trust him. Dr . Cotrufo is calm, patient, very friendly and polite. He was brutally honest right from the beginning with regards to risk involved, precautions and outcomes. I got recommended by a close friend of mine to Dr.Stefano Cotrufo. I had my BBL and liposuction done by Dr Cotrufo .I’m happily posting this comment after 4 weeks of my surgery. I ‘ve never ever had any big surgery in my life before (with anesthesia for 3-4hours)I almost give up on it before the surgery .I was very worried and anxious about the process.Dr. Cotrufo was very supportive he even gave me a call one day before the surgery to make sure I’m not gonna be so worried before the surgery. At the end,the surgery went very smooth and the results come out surprisingly good. I used to not have hips at all at the end I had nice hips and very natural curves from my back . Dr Cotrufo is very well experienced , he know what is the best result he can achieve on my body. The aftercare of the surgery was very good as well the hospital were nice and quiet. I thought I will be in pain for long periods of time but the wound healing process was very fast.(even my massage therapist told me that. She saw people was bruising and swelling but my skin was nice and soft and she can barely see anywhere with purple marks). If I will ever considering to do something else I will definitely come back to Dr Cotrufo,he is definitely very professional!

Sooo !! Where do I start from. Honestly Dr. Cotrufo is hands down the best surgeon in the UK. I have the best results and most people say to me ( you had your body done in the Uk ? And you look this good ? I tell them yes !!! ) dr. Cotrufo is very different from other Uk surgeons. Each time I look at myself in the mirror I am thanking God for letting me find him! He is professional, patient and extremely intelligent. He is experienced and knows exactly what to do. I promise you. And his wonderful team. I have had a couple of surgeries in the UK with surgeons on Harley street but none of them come close to Dr. cotrufo. And his wonderful team. Wiesje Weeber booked my surgery and from the moment I messaged her, before I met the surgeon I knew I was in great hands. She answered all my questions, made me feel so comfortable. And after the surgery ? She never stopped checking up on me(which was very strange because most surgeons and the team once you pay up and you’ve had the surgery, they check up on day 1, day 2, day 3 and that’s it. They stop caring much but not Wiesje. She was so sweet! I would message her at 12am and she would reply immediately even on weekends. ( dr. Dr Stefano Cotrufo was remarkable throughout. My surgery was a 3rd revision septorhinoplasty which I discussed with Stefano for a year before undertaking the procedure. I had a number of major concerns around fixing what was quite a agravated breathing problem but also altering the shape and appearance of my nose as a result of the required procedure.

Dr. Stefano listened and advised in great detail over the year that we discussed my case in order to arrive at a sugery plan that we were both comfortable with. The case itself was extremely challenging in that 1) revision Septorhinoplasty is probably the most difficult procedure in cosmetic plastic surgery; a 3rd revision, due to the amount of scar tissue, is the highest level of complexity and there are very few surgeons who can perform this in the UK and Europe 2) Stefano achieved an outstanding improvement of breathing function, nose shape and facial balance that looks extremely natural.

Even on the day of my surgery I was able to breathe much better and six weeks on (as I write this) with at least 85% of the swelling gone, the breathing continues to improve and the cosmetic result is also very pleasing.

I am extremely picky about quality and my looks (as we all probably are when it comes to such a central feature as one’s nose) but I cannot recommend Dr Cotrufo highly enough. My daughter has a similar issue and I will absolutely be using Stefano for her case too.
