Using superficial microinjections just below the epidermis into the targeted tissues, Mesotherapy is a non-invasive technique.
Performed by Dr Cotrufo from our Harley Street Clinic, the mesotherapy solution injected can contain a wide range of minerals, vitamins, amino acids, nucleic acids and co-enzymes that can be tailored to each patient’s individual needs. The treatment is virtually painless and safe when done professionally.
Mesotherapy brings just the right materials to the exact place where it is needed (around the hair follicle) so that:
The hair follicle can grow and survive
The excess of DHT (dihydrotestosterone) is neutralised
The blood circulation is stimulated
Why choose Mesotherapy?
Improves blood circulation, reduces inflammation, neutralizes excess DHT, stimulates collagen and increases follicle size to stop hair loss and stimulate hair growth
There’s no lengthy recovery time and no need for any anaesthetic
To ensure none of your hair follicles are damaged, our specialist doctor will tailor his technique to your condition and administer Mesotherapy manually instead of an automated injection device
Chances of result with Mesotherapy are 90-92% as opposed to Minoxidil (Rogaine) only 50%
What can Mesotherapy achieve?
Improves blood circulation, reduces inflammation, neutralizes excess DHT, stimulates collagen and increases follicle size to stop hair loss and stimulate hair growth

The healing process is induced through micro perforations made by a needle. The organism then produces collagen and elastin, two of the key building blocks of the skin, as a post traumatic response.
The injected active ingredients will stimulate the organism
A wide range of nutritious vitamins, amino acids and vasodilators, injections are administered directly into mesoderm of the scalp– the layer under the epidermis which serves as a link between the layer of fats and the tissues of the skin
This is done by hand with a sterile needle instead of a mesotherapy gun which ensures maximum accuracy and gently injects the solution in the scalp avoiding damaging any follicles in the process
We recommend starting with an intensive course of treatments every 2 weeks for the first 2-3 months.
The frequency of treatments then gradually decreases and patients enjoy the benefits of rejuvenated hair in as quickly as two to three months. Maintenance treatments are generally required, and are typically scheduled once every two to three months.
