I did quite alot of research online to find a surgeon who could perform bbl to correct my hip dips. I had a very unappealing bottom, with excessive fat on my upper body. I am quite muscular on my upper body and have very tight skin so it was impossible to exercise to achieve what I wanted. The exercises for hip dips made the indentation worse. One surgeon said I would loss all the transferred fat due to my skin tightness and minimal body fat for transfer. Another surgeon said to my face why would I want to change my body as I had the dream body everyone wants. Like, really?? Anyway surgery seem like the only option. I came across Dr Cotufo’s page and viewed his instagram pics and videos. The reviews and pictures look amazing!! He achieved amazing body transformation with very little body fat. I basically just needed to fill my hip dip for a more rounded bottom. The journey from initial contact to post surgery consultation has been amazing. Dr Cotrufo is very knowledgeable about his work and takes pride in what he does. He respected the decision of what I wanted done and also provided valuable information on alternatives – which he then gave me time to reflect on the best option. In the end I had vaser lipo to my arms, upper and lower back and flanks with fat transfer to hip. I have nothing but praise for Dr Cotrufo. He made me feel so relaxed pre surgery. I was in zero pain all day immediately post op. Discomfort , swelling etc was only experienced the day after. I was sent home the same day with antibiotics and pain medication. Seeking advise was only a whatsapp message away. I am still swollen and slightly bruised as it has been only 1 week but results look amazing already. This is my 2nd procedure with Dr Cotrufo. I underwent an abdominoplasty over two months ago (as a result of multiple c sections and distorted abdominal muscles). I was extremely happy with the consultation, surgical procedure, care and aftercare given by Dr Cotrufo and his team. After the operation the original belly button had inverted. Dr Cotrufo has offered to correct this as soon as possible, and has listened carefully to what is needed 2nd time around in-terms of further fat removal on the lower abdomen. A very nice and caring surgeon who will be there for you at every stage of your cosmetic procedure and during post op recovery. He really takes his time to achieve a perfect result and is very gentle when operating. I had Vaser Lipo and BBL procedure with Dr Cotrufo. My hips were dipping and from behind I looked square. I can honestly say this surgeon is exceptional. He made me feel so comfortable and understood my concerns from our very first consultation. I cannot believe how I look just a few weeks on since surgery, so natural. The hospital facility is wonderful, the staff there are lovely, and his PA is superb and always on hand. My case was also special because it required some unexpected management by Dr Cotrufo during surgery. I had not ceased to take some vitamins in the weeks leading up, and this is not advised. Therefore, it meant I bled during surgery which he had to manage along with delivering the result. It was a challenge he was not expecting and yet my result has exceeded my expectations, I feel fantastic. Above all Dr Cotrufo is a sculptor!
