An amazing result! Dr Cotrufo is definitely the right doctor if you want someone who can tailor an outcome to your body and really cares about the details. He went through what was possible and has exceeded all expectations! I was very nervous to have my procedure, but his lovely manner really put my mind at ease. His assistants are also lovely and always available when i had questions during my aftercare. I can’t recommend him and his team highly enough.

Dr Stefano Cotrufo was remarkable throughout. My surgery was a 3rd revision septorhinoplasty which I discussed with Stefano for a year before undertaking the procedure. I had a number of major concerns around fixing what was quite a agravated breathing problem but also altering the shape and appearance of my nose as a result of the required procedure.

Dr. Stefano listened and advised in great detail over the year that we discussed my case in order to arrive at a sugery plan that we were both comfortable with. The case itself was extremely challenging in that 1) revision Septorhinoplasty is probably the most difficult procedure in cosmetic plastic surgery; a 3rd revision, due to the amount of scar tissue, is the highest level of complexity and there are very few surgeons who can perform this in the UK and Europe 2) Stefano achieved an outstanding improvement of breathing function, nose shape and facial balance that looks extremely natural.

Even on the day of my surgery I was able to breathe much better and six weeks on (as I write this) with at least 85% of the swelling gone, the breathing continues to improve and the cosmetic result is also very pleasing.

I am extremely picky about quality and my looks (as we all probably are when it comes to such a central feature as one’s nose) but I cannot recommend Dr Cotrufo highly enough. My daughter has a similar issue and I will absolutely be using Stefano for her case too.

I’m 6 weeks post op with Dr Cotrufo and cannot re commend him enough. My entire process from start to finish has been so smooth and straight forward…I knew at my initial consultation that I wanted to proceed, Dr Cotrufo has a very honest and calming demeanour and always made me feel confident and safe in his care. On my surgery day I was feeling very anxious and Dr Cotrufo really calmed me down and re assured me. My surgery recovery was a lot easier than I had anticipated and my pain minimal! Having researched the surgery all over the internet and seeing many horror stories on YouTube etc I was very concerned I’d be in a lot of pain and struggle to take care of my kids but Dr Cotrufo re assured me this is not how he works and this would not be the case, he was correct…I was up and on the move immediately and able to put my children to bed alone 24 hours later. My follow up care has been nothing short of outstanding and given Dr Cortufo’s wide catalogue of skills and expertise I will always come to him for any surgery I might consider going forward. I cannot recommend him enough!

I had a breast augmentation with Dr Cotrufo in July 2024 – 250cc moderate profile with subfascial placement. I loved my experience with him. He considered the specificities of my body very carefully before assessing what size implant and what placement would work. I really appreciated how he outlined what the limitations of my body were due to skin elasticity, existing breast tissue etc. – it truly felt like he had my best interests at heart. To make sure we had the best result, he even ordered a few different implants and tested them during surgery to select the most natural looking one. Overall, he was knowledgeable, confident, and the end-result is fantastic. My breasts look and feel unbelievably natural – even only 9 weeks in! I’ve also healed so well and quickly, no doubt due to his high level of expertise and skill. Dr. Cotrufo’s team was also very communicative and helpful. They checked in with me several times after surgery and tended to any anxieties I had during those days immediately after surgery. I’ll definitely be returning to Dr. Cotrufo for any future procedures – surgical or non-surgical!

I had Vaser Lipo and BBL procedure with Dr Cotrufo. My hips were dipping and from behind I looked square. I can honestly say this surgeon is exceptional. He made me feel so comfortable and understood my concerns from our very first consultation. I cannot believe how I look just a few weeks on since surgery, so natural. The hospital facility is wonderful, the staff there are lovely, and his PA is superb and always on hand. My case was also special because it required some unexpected management by Dr Cotrufo during surgery. I had not ceased to take some vitamins in the weeks leading up, and this is not advised. Therefore, it meant I bled during surgery which he had to manage along with delivering the result. It was a challenge he was not expecting and yet my result has exceeded my expectations, I feel fantastic. Above all Dr Cotrufo is a sculptor!

Dr Cotrufo saved my thinning hair. I suffered of severe thinning a year ago and I decided to book a consultation with Dr Cotrufo. He has been always clear, honest and encouraging since the beginning. He didn’t try to sell me shampoos/vitamins or lotions, as other doctors I saw in past did (a waste of money with no visible improvement). After a cycle of PRP and mesotherapy, my hair dramatically improved and now I don’t have to use any products to cover the worst affected areas and I feel more confident. If you have similar problems, I really recommend Dr Cotrufo and his extremely helpful team.

Dr Cotrufu is simply the BEST! He wasn’t the first surgeon I consulted, but I knew he was the ONE as soon as I met him. I would definitely recommend Dr Cotrufo for open Rhinoplasty surgery which I had for a dorsal hump on the 11th of July. I first had the pleasure of meeting Dr Cortufo in 2016 when he changed over my breast implants which I had done 8 years before in Italy. The results were fantastic and realistic.
I am an ex model and very slim, also a fitness fanatic but the curves I never obtained and the little amount of fat I had, was in the wrong places.
I was told by other surgeons I was too slim to have good results from a BBL but after my consultation with Dr Cortufo he promised me that I would not recognise my body after. So I travelled to London, and I had vaser neck lift and a bbl 3 weeks ago which I am delighted with.
Not only is Dr Cortufo an amazing surgeon he is also very caring, patient and focused on what you dream your body to become. Dr Cortufo’s aftercare has also been exceptional.

I just had my 1 week post op brazilan butt lift consultation with Dr Cotrufo and I’m extremely happy.

I began my consultations with him last year and after seeing several surgeons in the USA; NYC and Miami (one in particular that he had recommended) I decided to come back to him for two reasons; one that he had already performed surgery on 4 of my friends with amazing results and was pleased to see his aftercare was excellent which is truly important to me.

Secondly I felt in the 3 consultations I had, he was always consistent and thorough and never rushed through them even if it meant he ran over time. He really wants to deliver what YOU want and not what he wants but still gives you his realistic professional opinion. I was very particular about what I wanted since I had researched for so long and I’m pleased I made the decision to do my surgery with him.

I have minimal bruising, minimal and invisible scars which I was afraid I would have a lot of. Its always important to him his patients are under little trauma as possible whilst achieving the desired result and for that he’s a top surgeon in London in my opinion.

I’m even considering doing my breast revision with him next year.

He has a kind patient manner and put me at ease on my surgery day with his big smile and reassuring me always.

I was able to message with him after each time 24hrs of the day and he would always respond promptly to my questions no matter how big or small. This is the kind of aftercare that’s appreciated when you have undergone surgery and this is not always the case with other surgeons.
